Call open for EUSEW 2017 networking
Lead a debate, host a stand or present your project at this year’s Networking Village. A highlight is the SparkShow, a game-style pitching event before a panel of journalists.
Have you come up with a great idea on how to save energy or promote renewables? We want to hear from you at the 2017 EU Sustainable Energy Week Policy Conference.
The call is open for contributions to the conference’s Networking Village. It’s a chance for organisations with innovative projects and outstanding policies to play an active role in EUSEW 2017. The theme this year is Clean Energy for All Europeans.
There are three ways you can contribute:
- Lead a Speakers’ Corner debate
- Host a networking activity
- Pitch your project at this year’s SparkShow
Not sure what the SparkShow is? Designed by media organisation Sparknews, it’s a fast-paced ‘game’ in which delegates summarise their project in three minutes before answering journalists’ questions.
Lead, share, inspire. Apply for all three activities via the EUSEW networking page by 31 March 2017. You can propose as many ideas as you like, just follow the guidelines with each application form.
Launched in 2006 by the European Commission, EUSEW is organised by the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) in close cooperation with the Directorate-General for Energy. It brings together public authorities, private companies, NGOs and consumers to promote initiatives to save energy and move towards renewables for clean, secure and efficient power.
