Energy resilience of small municipalities
In recent years, we have seen demand for cost-effective solutions that provide back up for the basic electrical needs of small municipalities during distribution system outages. Municipalities also demand systems for combined heat and power production. Capacity can be secured through batteries and batteries in combination with active elements such as photovoltaic power, gas generators and biomass power generation equipment.
The seminar aims to show the issue in its broader context by using practical examples and explaining the technical perspective. Subsequently, the seminar aims to introduce and explain the economic parameters of projects, from their operational economics to securing financing through public funding and using energy performance contracting – financing energy investments from the savings they provide.
