How can energy efficiency drive development of resilient cities?
Why and what should local communities know about the EU accession process and can they be part of it? With local governments in charge of implementing number of policies – improvement of energy efficiency among them – what is their role in the process?
Join us in the debate on the development of resilient cities that the RES foundation is co-organising with the Working Group for Chapter 15 – Energy of the National Convention on the EU. We will examine positive stories and how to replicate them in other cities/municipalities, what EU policies mean for 'ordinary' citizens and how they can be represented in the process by not only local officials, but also civil society and expert organisations.
