Meditation for the Environment
You can nourish both your mind and the planet with peaceful thoughts in an outdoor meditation. Both beginners and experienced meditators can participate. A brief introduction on the urgency of looking after the environment and changing our lifestyle will be given, followed by 45 minutes' meditation with both guidance and silence.
