Sustainable Places 2017
Sustainable Places 2017 (SP2017) is the 5th annual conference organised by the RESILIENT and PERFORMER European projects.
It brings together researchers and developers from industry and the academic world to report and, more importantly, debate on the latest scientific and technical innovations in the application of energy-efficient buildings (EeB) and smart home, community, or grid implementations. Approximately 150 international guests are expected.
The event will illustrate the diverse innovation approaches and the importance of embracing all aspects of the building and construction sectors in the context of future smart grids and low carbon economies.
The event is hosted by Teesside University (TU) in Middlesbrough, UK, who will also offer a visit to their new off-shore wind farm.
The call for proposals for SP2017 is open until 1 April.
