What happens to your Energy Day when you submit it?
The EUSEW team will review your submission form to check that all the necessary information is present and that your event meets the Energy Day criteria. If anything is missing or not clear, you will receive an email asking for further information. If your event is ineligible, you will also be notified.
If the information on the form is complete and your event is eligible, the EUSEW team will perform a simple quality control and post the event on the EUSEW website. You will receive notification when your event is on-line.
Once your Energy Day is accepted, you will be able to remove attached files or upload new ones and change some event details. You will not be able to change the title or general description.
