Bodo von Düring is a former professional skier who became an attorney at law, a technologist and an enthusiastic environmentalist. He is a board member of several companies, founded numerous start-ups, built two schools and his most recent adventure is energy. He patented a geothermal energy technology that has the potential to disrupt the energy sector. In 2014, the European Commission awarded his Croatian project. He holds a Master of Law from University of Basel, admission to the bar and notary public of the Canton of Lucerne, and an Executive Master in Business Engineering from HSG St. Gallen and Haas Business School, UC Berkeley.
