Emmanuel Tuchscherer is ENGIE’s Director for European Affairs. He has a long track record in European, Government and Regulatory Affairs, both in the public and the private sector. Before joining the company in 2015, where he has been in charge of French and European Energy Regulations, he held a wide range of management positions in the French administration and as adviser for EU Affairs to ministers and policymakers. Emmanuel graduated from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration and Sciences Po Paris. He also holds an “agrégation” in Philosophy and graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure.
