Frank Neumann

Frank Neumann is the Director of the Institute for Infrastructure, Environment, and Innovation (IMEU) and works on innovative clean energy projects and energy transition in the EU and Asia. In 2017, he founded the U-LTA platform (Upscaling Lighter-Than-Air aviation), a European co-operation project financed by 11 industry and knowledge partners, related to LTA and hybrid/HAPS platforms for surveillance, cargo and aid functions. Before working at IMIEU, he worked as a senior advisor for the Dutch Ministry of Public Works and as a consultant to the OECD. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from Leiden University and a Doctorate in Environmental Management of Erasmus University. He was a fellow at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Affairs of Princeton University.
