Marie-France Van Der Valk was appointed in 2010 European Affairs Director in the Public Affairs Department of Renault. Based in Brussels, she is in charge of promoting the interests of the Group – for both Renault and Nissan – to the European Institutions on all issues linked with car industry.
Marie-France joined Renault in 1996 in the Legal Department and spent 4 years at the Manufacturing Department in charge of Industrial Performance for Assembly Plants.
Previously, she worked for the OECD (Nuclear Energy Agency) and for the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Marie-France has a Law degree (Private International Law and Environment Law).
