Klemens Leutgöb (1966) is an economist and CEO of e7 energy innovation & engineering since 2007. Currently, he is team leader of various international consulting projects and provides advice on technical/economical questions as well as policy and financing in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energies and climate change. Previously, he studied social economy at the University of Linz, conducted research activities at the Vienna University of Technology. Previously he was working at the Austrian Energy Agency. His main interests are energy policy instruments and measures, monitoring and evaluation of measure and programme effects, climate protection policy, financing of energy efficiency investments, energy industry issues, energy performance contracting and energy services.
