Ana Otilia Nutu

As a policy analyst on energy and infrastructure, state-owned companies & regulators, Ana Otilia Nutu works as consultant for the World Bank on energy sector reforms. She also provided consultancy in the private sector, on policies & regulations in energy & transport and evaluated EU-financed programs.
Being a founding member at EFOR and initiated energy-related projects, she advocates market liberalization, reduction of corruption, improved governance of regulator and state owned companies. She coordinated EFOR’s good governance projects in the energy sector in the region (Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Hungary, Georgia). Otilia Nutu is currently EU coordinator  Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, WG3 – Energy and environment, former member of the Steering Committee of EaP CSF.
