Viktoriya Kerelska is Head of Advocacy & Messaging at WindEurope. She joined the Association in 2015 and was leading its advocacy on the Governance Regulation, Renewable Energy Directive and state aid during the Clean Energy Package negotiations. She is currently coordinating the overall WindEurope’s advocacy activities on policy and regulatory developments affecting wind energy at national and EU level.
Prior to joining WindEurope, Viktoriya has been working in the renewable energy sector for the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Energy Cities and the European Commission. A Bulgarian national, Viktoriya has a background in political affairs and holds a M.A. in International Energy from SciencesPo Paris.
